THE FRESH MILK CREAM PLUS OTHER INGREDIENTS ARE BLENDED AND HEATED IN THE MIXING VAT.

STEP 2

THE INGREDIENTS ARE HOMOGENISED AND PASTEURISED.

THE ICECREAM MIX IS HELD IN VATS OVERNIGHT BEFORE CHURNING.

STEP 4

THE MIX IS FROZEN AND HAS AIR INJECTED BY THE CHURN.

STEP 5

THE ICECREAM IS HAND FILLED INTO CONTAINERS.

STEP 6

THE FINISHED ICECREAM IS TESTED IN THE LABORATORY PRIOR TO DISPATCH.

STEP 7

THE ICECREAM IS STORED IN THE FREEZER ROOM READY FOR DISPATCH.
